[archaeopteryx] Wing IDE for Windows pre-release 1.1b3

Hi,

We're very happy to announce availability of the first pre-release of Wing
IDE for Windows!

This release contains all the functionality of the Linux product with some
temporary limitations: (a) printing doesn't work, (b) does not run in 256
color mode, and (c) only python 1.5.2 is supported (and must be installed
seperately).  Please refer to the bug list that accompanies the release
for a detailed list of known problems with this pre-release.
