David Welsh that helped produce the original sent me the DV tape with the
source video and Jeff Elkner put me in touch with David, so I think everyone
is in the loop that should be.

I thought that if we do put up a page it would be nice to list the credits
as part of the HTML at the bottom of the page since those were cut from the
video.
